Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

BIM modeling and coordination with various disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP). Clash detection and resolution using appropriate tools. Prepare architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and details. Create levels, trusses, roofs, and custom Revit families. Work on enlarged plans and proper labeling in plan and elevation views. Create legends, transfer parameters, and tagging (doors, windows, walls). Prepare structural short drawing details. Must have a good understanding of MEP coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

Proficient in

Revit

,

Point Cloud

, and

AutoCAD

. Experience with markup interpretation and outsourced project collaboration. Strong knowledge of

Shop Drawings

and

Detailing

(up to

LOD 400

). Revit

Family Creation

experience is a must. Ability to understand and produce both

interior and exterior drawings

. Strong reading and comprehension of English specifications and guidelines. Should be capable of

independently handling projects

. Must have worked on at least

3-4 overseas projects

(preferably in

North America or Europe

).
