Cadbricks is seeking a

BIM Architect

to lead and support Building Information Modeling across architectural projects. The role focuses on delivering high-quality BIM models, ensuring coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models (LOD 300-500) using Revit Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and CADbricks protocols Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve clashes Produce accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models Support BIM implementation, audits, and continuous process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (

B.Arch

or related discipline) Certification in

Revit/BIM

from a recognized institute Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows Experience in preparing and coordinating

Construction Document (CD) Sets

Knowledge of architectural detailing, standards, and building codes Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and resolve design clashes Good communication and documentation skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
