Job Description

We are looking for a talented BIM Architect who is passionate about delivering accurate and efficient BIM models and documentation for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Revit & ArchiCAD models for architectural and interior projects. Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation as per international standards (US, UK, Japan, etc.). Collaborate with international architects and consultants to ensure BIM coordination and clash-free models. Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain proper BIM standards & workflows. Support automation and parametric workflows when required (integration with Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus). Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a BIM Architect or similar role. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and ArchiCAD. Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and documentation best practices. Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or clash detection tools is a plus. Knowledge of international codes and standards (US, UK, or Asian markets preferred). Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
