Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit or ArchiCAD across all project phases. Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and real-time visualizations for design presentations and client reviews. Use rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine to enhance visual outputs. Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling digital assets. Maintain visual quality standards for all presentation materials, ensuring alignment with project branding and client expectations. Integrate 3D assets and data from BIM models for seamless visualization workflows. Assist in developing and enforcing rendering and visualization standards across the team. Support project delivery with BIM documentation, schedules, and drawing extractions from the model. Participate in design reviews and client meetings, presenting visualizations as needed. Stay current with rendering technologies, BIM trends, and best practices in architectural visualization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. 3-7 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural visualization. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (or ArchiCAD), with a strong portfolio of architectural renderings. Expertise in at least two rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine. Knowledge of post-production techniques using Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects. Strong understanding of lighting, materials, texture mapping, and animation workflows. Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, construction systems, and detailing. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with attention to aesthetics and accuracy.
