Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BIM Architect

to join our architecture and design team. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing digital building models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Autodesk Revit, and coordinating architectural design with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure project efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and update

BIM models

throughout all project phases (design, documentation, construction).

Coordinate architectural models with

MEP, structural, and other consultants

to identify and resolve clashes.

Produce detailed

drawings, schedules, and documentation

from the BIM model.

Ensure all models adhere to

BIM standards, templates, and project-specific guidelines

.

Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Support project teams in the use of

Revit

and other BIM tools.

Conduct

BIM coordination meetings

, model reviews, and clash detection.

Assist in creating and maintaining

BIM libraries and content

.

Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in BIM.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

or related field.

3+ years of professional experience

in architecture with a focus on BIM.

Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

,

AutoCAD

,

Navisworks

, and other BIM-related tools.

Knowledge of

BIM standards

(e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, COBie, etc.).

Experience with

clash detection

,

model coordination

, and

multi-disciplinary workflows

.

Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in

large-scale or complex projects

(e.g., hospitals, infrastructure)

Knowledge of

Dynamo

,

BIM 360

, or other automation tools.

BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus. Licensed or registered Architect in [relevant jurisdiction] is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
