About the Role

We are seeking a talented

BIM Architect

with around 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and managing architectural BIM models, producing construction documentation, and supporting coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit (or other BIM software) from concept through to as-built stages. Model with the accurate parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation. Prepare 2D drawings, schedules, and details directly from the BIM model. Support team for material/quantity take-offs Assist in BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants, including participation in clash detection sessions. Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and company standards. Support design presentations with model-based visuals, diagrams, and walkthroughs. Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to implement design changes in the model. Maintain model integrity through regular audits and updates. Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and best practices to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar role. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar coordination tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of architectural design processes and documentation. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Experience in working for US projects (preferred). Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with visualization tools like Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion. Familiarity with parametric modeling and creating Revit families. Understanding of

ISO 19650

or other BIM standards.
