Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related software.

• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure accuracy and design integrity.

• Support project teams in integrating BIM workflows and ensuring compliance with company BIM standards.

• Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model.

• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and design coordination reviews.

• Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project protocols.

• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.

• Support digital design innovation and promote BIM best practices across teams.

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure models are updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements to Apply:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project documentation.

• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEP implementation.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai or GCC building codes and standards is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
