Role & responsibilities

Develop detailed BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural components of building projects. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate architectural and structural designs into a cohesive BIM model. Coordinate and manage BIM workflows to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between architectural and structural elements to optimize building performance and minimize construction errors. Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using AutoCAD and Revit by project requirements and industry standards. Assist in the preparation of design presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology, including attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of professional experience as a BIM Engineer Modeler, with a focus on architectural and structural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural modeling and documentation. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction techniques related to architectural and structural design. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Experience with Navisworks or other clash detection software (preferred but not required).
