Hands-on experience with any billing software, with preference for
INVACCS users.* Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices and receipts for customers.
Verify and record daily sales transactions, ensuring all entries are correct.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations, and payments.
Maintain up-to-date billing and sales records in accounting or ERP systems.
Support the sales team with order processing, product details, and delivery follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing or payment issues promptly.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track pending payments and follow up with clients for dues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and tax regulations.
Collaborate with the accounts and inventory teams for smooth operation
