Join Our Team at Insight Therapy Solutions: Billing/Client AR Associate Insight Therapy Solutions (ITS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Billing/Client AR Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our billing and accounts receivable processes, with a primary focus on effective communication with Clients to ensure timely collection of copays, handling outstanding accounts receivable, and addressing billing inquiries. Medical billing experience is considered a valuable asset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Job Requirements

• Client Communication:
• Communicate with clients to collect upcoming copays and provide clear explanations of billing information.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing statements, payment processes, and outstanding account balances.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
• AR Management:
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to facilitate timely collections.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and implement payment plans when necessary.
• Identify and address any discrepancies in client accounts.
• Billing Support:
• Assist in medical billing processes, including claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing procedures.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client communications, payments, and billing interactions.
• Generate reports and summaries related to client accounts and billing activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical billing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with billing software and systems.
