Trainee - Billing

(basic English/Tamil/Hindi preferred)

Experience:

Fresher / Up to 1 Year (Trainee Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in generating

OP/IP bills

and updating entries in the billing software. Guide

Telugu-speaking patients

in understanding billing details, payments, and receipts. Support the billing team in

cash handling, card transactions, and receipt printing

. Coordinate with front office/admission desk for

patient billing updates

. Ensure correct data entry of patient details, treatments, and service charges. Maintain

billing records

and assist in filing and documentation work. Attend to basic billing queries from patients and escalate issues to seniors when required. Maintain

accuracy, politeness, and transparency

while interacting with patients.

Skills & Attributes Required:

Fluent in Telugu

(mandatory) Basic communication in

English / Tamil / Hindi

preferred Basic understanding of

billing / cashier work

(training will be provided)

Numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication and

patient-friendly attitude

Willingness to learn billing software and hospital process

Qualification:

12th / Any Degree

system training and orientation will be given
