Job Description

The Billing Support Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, addressing customer queries related to invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing data. This role demands precision, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset to uphold Prana's service standards

Key Responsibilities:



Invoice Management:

Generate, verify, and dispatch invoices as per defined schedules Ensure accuracy in billing amounts, tax components, and customer details

Customer Support:

Respond to billing-related queries via email, phone, or ticketing systems Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior teams

System Operations:

Work on internal billing platforms and CRM tools Track billing delays, rebills, and maintain audit trails

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain records of billing transactions for audits and internal reviews Ensure adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports Highlight trends, delays, and error patterns for process improvement
Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

Technical Skills :Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and CRM tool

Experience: 1 year in billing, accounts receivable, or customer support roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
