Monitor billing staff attendance and adjust staffing as needed.
Process WhatsApp orders with accurate billing, packing, and timely delivery.
Manage customer point redemption process.
Verify and finalize sales returns/exchanges.
Oversee creation and management of customer loyalty cards.
Conduct weekly staff meetings for operations, issue resolution, and updates.
Notify staff of pending bills, manage payment discrepancies, and document transactions.
Notify team of billing mistakes and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in billing, retail, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in billing systems.
Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team.
