Job Summary:

Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin is seeking an experienced and reliable

Billing Staff

member to manage daily billing operations across our two restaurant outlets in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in restaurant billing or cashier roles, with strong attention to accuracy, customer service, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer billing and ensure accurate entry of orders in the POS system. Manage daily cash and digital transactions (UPI, cards, etc.) efficiently. Prepare and reconcile daily sales and cash reports. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure correct billing. Maintain proper records of all transactions and ensure billing transparency. Address and resolve billing queries or discrepancies promptly. Support management in maintaining smooth front-end operations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a

Billing Staff or Cashier

in the

restaurant or food industry

. Familiarity with

restaurant billing software / POS systems

. Strong numerical and communication skills. Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
