Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day billing operations using company software.
Prepare invoices, quotations, and sales receipts.
Maintain and update billing records accurately.
Coordinate with sales and installation teams regarding orders and payments.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Maintain stock entry and basic accounts data.
Ensure timely and error-free billing processes.
Support office administration tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of billing and office software (Tally preferred).
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Teamwork and time management abilities.
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
