Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily billing operations at the counter using POS systems.
Ensure accurate billing and handle cash, card, and UPI transactions efficiently.
Generate and provide bills to dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery customers.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the manager.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and status.
Handle customer queries related to billing with politeness and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Ensure cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
Assist in stock tracking of billing-related materials (like paper rolls, etc.).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a billing staff or cashier, preferably in a restaurant or food outlet.
Familiar with POS billing software and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English or Hindi is a plus.
Polite, customer-friendly attitude and presentable appearance.
Ability to handle peak-time pressure efficiently.
Work Timings:
Shift-based (Morning / Evening), 6 days a week
