Job Description

A Store RM (Relationship Manager) or a Store In-charge is responsible for managing raw materials and finished goods within a store, focusing on inventory, order fulfillment, and overall store operations. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials, as well as ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring adequate materials are available for production or sales.

Receiving and Storing Materials:

Receiving incoming raw materials and finished goods, verifying against invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring proper storage and organization.

Issuing Materials:

Issuing materials to production or sales as per request, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.

Order Fulfillment:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or shipment.

Record-Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including stock registers and other relevant documentation.

Store Operations:

Ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, as well as maintaining proper housekeeping practices.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Team Management (for some roles):

Supervising and training store staff, as well as evaluating their performance.

Communication and Collaboration:

Working with other departments, including purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure smooth operations
