Role Summary:
Responsible for tracking and ensuring timely realisation of payments from patients, corporates, and TPAs, while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on outstanding payments from patients, corporates, and TPAs.
Coordinate with billing and TPA teams for claim submissions and updates.
Reconcile daily collections and deposits with the finance department.
Maintain records of payments received and pending realisations.
Escalate delays or discrepancies in collections to the Finance Manager.
Support month-end closing by preparing realisation reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
Requirements:
willing to do combination of field work and in office work.
Graduate in Commerce or related field.
0-1 years of experience in hospital billing .
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of TPA/insurance processes preferred.
