Key Responsibilities
Estimations and Budgeting
: Prepare detailed estimations and budgets for residential projects.
Cost Control
: Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
Coordination with Project Teams
: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure accurate billing.
Software Proficiency
: Auto-CAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying in the real estate sector.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Auto-CAD and MS-Office applications.
Analytical Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage financial aspects of projects.
