Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Billing & QS Engineer (Civil / MEP) with 3 to 6 years of experience to manage billing processes and cost estimation for our interior fit-out projects. The role requires expertise in civil and MEP areas, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms specific to civil and MEP aspects.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, focused on interior fit-out projects, covering both civil and MEP requirements.

Quantity Surveying

: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and prepare precise bills of quantities for civil and MEP components of interior fit-out projects.

Contract Management

: Review and manage contracts related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation for civil and MEP elements.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with site teams and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and budget, specifically focusing on civil and MEP works.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Revit, ArchiCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-6 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying within the interior fit-out sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Mechanical or a relevant degree.

Technical Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of civil and MEP systems in interior fit-out projects.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management Experience with large-scale corporate interior projects
