Take joint measurements with the contractor for all civil works as per project progress
Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, logs, and records in compliance with project standards
Assist in the verification and certification of contractors' interim and final bills
Prepare and check rate analysis for extra/deviated items as per contract specifications
Maintain and update the hindrance register, documenting all site-related issues and delays
Planning & Scheduling
Support the preparation of micro and macro project schedules using Primavera/MS Project as required by the tender
Assist in developing and updating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Track actual progress against planned schedules, promptly report deviations, and suggest corrective actions
Support the preparation of daily, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports for submission to LIC
Collect and compile data for S-curve analysis, cost monitoring, and resource tracking
Quality Control
Ensure all measurements and billing align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with the site team for quality checks and timely material testing
Assist in documentation and compliance with IS codes, CPWD/NBC standards, and QA/QC requirements
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and organized records for all billing, planning, and measurement activities
Prepare supporting documents and annexures for client submissions, audits, and project reviews
Support the compilation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals as part of project closeout
Coordination
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other PMC staff for timely measurement, billing, and planning activities
Participate in site meetings and support overall project coordination efforts
Required Qualifications
BE/BTech (Civil) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
OR
Diploma (Civil) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in billing, measurement, and planning for large building construction projects (residential/institutional/commercial)
Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Primavera/MS Project or similar project management tools is preferred
Good understanding of IS codes, QA/QC processes, and construction documentation

Full-time, on-site role for the full project duration (approx. 30 months)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently
Good communication and team coordination skills
