Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage billing & invoices
Maintain stock records and oversee inventory management
Coordinate dispatches and ensure smooth deliveries
Follow up on client/vendor payments
Assist in day-to-day office coordination and documentation
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma preferred
Knowledge of billing, accounts, or stock management like easysol, tally etc
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Tally preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in billing/accounts/operations will be an advantage
Benefits:
Fixed salary ?18,000 - ?20,000 (based on experience)
