Job Description

OPD Billing

- Generate accurate OPD bills for consultations, procedures, and diagnostics.

IPD Billing

- Prepare admission, interim, and final discharge bills with all charges updated.

Payment Collection

- Collect and record payments (cash, card, UPI, insurance, TPA).

Insurance/TPA Coordination

- Handle pre-authorizations, approvals, and billing queries.

Record Maintenance

- Ensure proper entry of patient details, invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances.

Query Handling

- Address patient/relative billing concerns with clarity and professionalism.

Reporting

- Submit daily collection and outstanding reports to the accounts/management team.

Compliance

- Follow hospital financial policies, maintain confidentiality, and minimize billing errors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
