Job Description

Supervise and guide sales associates, cashiers, and floor staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, clean, and compliant with company display and merchandising standards. Monitor daily sales, staff performance, and customer interactions. Assist with achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager. Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, or returns professionally. Conduct daily briefings with staff on promotions, targets, and policies. Ensure staff follow operational procedures including billing, inventory control, and safety protocols. Train new team members and support ongoing staff development. Oversee shift schedules, break management, and floor coverage. Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the Store Manager. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock receiving and cycle counts. Ensure security protocols are followed to prevent theft or loss.

Work Environment

Retail store floor. Standing for long hours and handling physical stock may be required. Fast-paced environment, especially during peak sales seasons.
