Calculate RCC and civil work quantities for billing purposes.
Responsible for the study of BOQ(Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
Prepare and cross-check bar bending schedules using certified drawings.
Study and analyze architectural and structural drawings to calculate quantities.
Check and certify quantities with the client's engineer.
Finalize measurement books and submit them to clients.
Utilize AUTOCAD software to generate layouts with 2D and 3D drafting and work out quantities for measurement.
Prepare estimates for monthly forecasting and budgeting of subcontractor bills.
Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
12+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
