Operate and manage

for daily billing and stock entries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
Generate GST-compliant invoices and manage sales reports
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishments
Assist in stock audits and monthly reconciliations
Manage basic cash and bank entries as required
Address customer queries and provide billing support when needed
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of transactions
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
working with
Busy Accounting Software
Familiarity with stock management and GST billing
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing roles when needed
Must be punctual and dependable
