Billing Incharge Duties

Oversee daily billing operations for inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services Ensure accurate and timely generation of interim and final bills Monitor receivables and coordinate with departments to update service charges Resolve billing discrepancies and supervise claim submissions to insurance providers Maintain compliance with hospital billing policies and healthcare regulations Prepare cost estimates and communicate them to patients or caregivers Coordinate with finance and IT teams to streamline billing workflows

PRO Duties

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties Build relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and insurance partners Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and SEO Track campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and patient acquisition Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing with strategic goals Maintain branding consistency across all communication channels
