Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify all required billing documents from internal teams (invoices, work completion certificates, approvals, etc.).
Submit bills to government departments in compliance with their prescribed formats and procedures.
Perform consistent follow-ups--both in person and through official communication--to monitor the progress of bill processing and payments.
Maintain an accurate tracker of submitted bills, pending payments, acknowledgements, and follow-up actions.
Address and resolve invoice-related queries, discrepancies, or objections raised by government officials.
Ensure timely escalation of delays or issues to the management team.
Requirements:
Education:
Any Bachelors Degree.
Must own a
two-wheeler
with a valid driving licence.
Male candidates only
(due to travel-intensive field requirements).
Immediate joiners
will be given preference.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to sites and government offices.
