- Billing & MIS Executive

Experience: 0-2 years Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generating invoices and preparing excel reports. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing processes for group companies and providing regular and accurate MIS reports to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate invoices for group companies based on the agreed terms.

Prepare and maintain regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely processing and submission of invoices, resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Maintain records of invoices and MIS reports for auditing purposes.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate data for invoicing and reporting.

Assist in data analysis, reconciliation, and report generation using Excel.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in billing and Reports preparation through excel (0-2 years).

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.

Knowledge of accounting or finance processes is an added advantage.

A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Freshers with a strong command of Excel and interest in billing/MIS can also apply.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
