, you will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, managing billing records, supporting the sales team, and ensuring seamless order-to-bill processes. The role demands precision, accountability, and efficient coordination between sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate accurate
sales invoices
using billing software based on delivery challans and sales orders.
Maintain up-to-date billing records and assist in
GST-compliant invoice generation
.
Coordinate with the
sales team
to verify order details and resolve any pricing or product mismatches.
Work closely with the
accounts department
for payment reconciliation and follow-up.
Handle
daily reports, filing, and system entries
related to billing and stock flow.
Assist in preparing
monthly sales summaries, pending invoice reports, and product-wise billing analysis
.
Support in
internal audits and stock verification
by providing billing-related data.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure customer invoices are dispatched on time.
Timing : 10:00AM to 08:00PM (Weekdays)
