Role & responsibilities



Prepare

monthly RA (Running Account) Bills

,

Transportation Bills

, and

Breakdown/O.T. (Overtime) Calculations

as per client work orders, for Heavy Equupments supplied on rental basis such as Cranes, Piling Rigs, Boom Placers, etc. Verify equipment

deployment, idle hours, breakdown hours

, and prepare summaries for billing accuracy. Coordinate with the

P&M (Plant & Machinery) department

to reconcile breakdown reports, operating logs, and fuel records. Maintain

site-wise and client-wise billing trackers

and ensure submission within agreed timelines. Communicate with clients for

work order clarifications, approvals, and acknowledgment of bills

. Call for and verify

summary sheets, utilization reports, and log sheets

from client/site teams. Maintain documentation and ensure

proper filing of bills, work orders, and supporting reports

.

Preferred candidate profile



3-8 years of billing experience

in

equipment rental / construction / infrastructure / EPC industry

. Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel

and

basic accounting principles

. Experience in handling

RA billing and reconciliation with clients

. Excellent

coordination and communication skills

(with site teams and clients). Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
