Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate bills and invoices in accordance with internal policies
Maintain and update client/patient billing records and financial data
Manage stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure proper inventory control
Provide support in back-office tasks including data entry, documentation, and coordination
Handle customer queries efficiently and maintain strong client relationships
Generate reports using
Advanced Excel
tools like
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
, and
Pivot Tables
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate billing processes
