The job responsibilities include communicating with Dental Insurance to obtain; the benefits detail of the patient\'s dental policy as well the status of the outstanding dental claims. The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the Dental Billing operation. Designation: Billing Executive (Voice \xe2\x80\x93 Dental RCM) Shift: Night : \xc2\xb7 Communicating with Patient\'s Dental Insurance. \xc2\xb7 Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims. \xc2\xb7 Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage. \xc2\xb7 Obtaining the benefit information on required template. Eligibility Criteria: \xc2\xb7 Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. \xc2\xb7 Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service. \xc2\xb7 Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift). \xc2\xb7 Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with MS Office applications. \xc2\xb7 Experienced candidates only.
