Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on customer agreements, contracts, or services rendered.
Review billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
Handle inquiries from customers over phone, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Maintain organized billing records and documentation for auditing and reference purposes.
Monitor and track billing activities to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
Maintain and tally the physical stock at the store and report them on daily basis.
