Job Description

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Civil, Mechanical or related engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Billing Engineer

to handle

measurement, RA bills, final bills, BOQs and variation statements

for

Interior Fit-Out, Renovation and Building Works

executed for PSUs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

RA and Final Bills

based on site measurements Take quantity take-off from drawings and BOQs Prepare

deviation & extra item statements

Verify and process

sub-contractor bills

Coordinate with

site teams, consultants and client billing departments

Maintain billing and measurement records

Requirements

3-5 years experience in

Interior, Renovation, Civil or Building Projects

Knowledge of

BOQ, billing, measurements and variation handling

Proficient in

MS Excel, AutoCAD and basic documentation

Experience in

PSU / NBCC / EPC projects

preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,620.22 - ?32,568.23 per month

Work Location: In person
