Billing Executive

for a

Jewellery Industry

role.

Only candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate bills and invoices for jewellery sales transactions Handle POS billing, including cash, card, UPI, and digital payments Maintain daily billing records, sales reports, and cash reconciliation Ensure correctness of product details, pricing, taxes, and discounts Coordinate with sales and stock teams for smooth billing operations Handle customer queries related to billing and payments Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data confidentiality

Requirements:

1-2 years of

billing experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory)

Working knowledge of GST, POS systems, and invoicing Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
