We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized

Billing Executive

to manage invoicing, billing operations, and payment tracking. The role involves ensuring accurate financial documentation, timely billing, and smooth coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices to customers/clients. Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies before processing invoices. Maintain records of payments, accounts receivable, and financial transactions. Follow up with clients/customers for timely payment collection. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth billing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS). Handle billing queries and resolve customer concerns promptly. Prepare periodic reports related to billing, revenue, and outstanding payments. Assist in month-end closing and audit processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances preferred.

Work Environment

Full-time, office-based role. May require coordination with multiple teams and clients.
