Job Description

The overall objective of the Relationship Manager is to facilitate and

increase the conversion % of the center by convincing the patients about

the USPs of Ferty9 and it being the best possible option for their pregnancy.

? To be comprehensively aware of all the procedures & prices relating to IVF

treatment

? To effectively communicate and convey to the patients about our USPs.

? To convince the patients on the ability of our company, transparency, and

ethics

? To follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up

procedures with us.

? To be a part and analyze & present the data on conversion and the related

work to the Center Manager.

? To ensure that the patient gets the right information, support, and advice on

the procedure to be taken.

? To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time by

the Management.

? To maintain patient focus and answering to their enquiries by using the

SOPs.

? To ensure availability of potential IVF Patients during the support group

meet program in coordination with the psychological counsellor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
