Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and verify L2L bills as per agreed price lists and MoUs with partner labs. Check sample details, test profiles, turnaround time, and billing accuracy in LIS/HIS. Maintain and update L2L client tariffs, discounts, and special pricing approvals. Coordinate with processing labs, logistics, and accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Handle monthly consolidated billing for L2L clients and share statements on time. Track credit billing, outstanding invoices, and follow up with accounts for collections. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly L2L billing and revenue reports. Address partner lab billing queries professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Eligibility / Requirements:

Graduate in DMLT, MLT or any discipline (B.Sc preferred). 1-3 years of experience in diagnostic lab billing, preferably L2L billing. Strong working knowledge of LIS/HIS systems. Good understanding of lab test codes, panels, and pricing structures. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting concepts.

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling high-volume L2L billing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
