Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Bill Preparation:

Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills for electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP works.

Quantity & Measurement:

Extract quantities from electrical drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and verify them through joint measurements with site engineers.

Rate Analysis & Claims:

Prepare rate analysis for extra/non-tender items and manage claims as per contract.

Documentation:

Maintain all billing records, measurement books (MB), reconciliation statements, and support documentation.

Coordination:

Act as a bridge between site execution, project managers, consultants, clients, and accounts teams for approvals and information.

Cost Control:

Track project expenses, materials, and consumables, ensuring alignment with budget.

Reporting:

Generate monthly MIS reports for management on billing status and project progress.

Contract Compliance:

Ensure all billing adheres to contract terms, specifications, and tender documents.Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, BOQ analysis, measurement techniques, and billing software.

Software:

Familiarity with ERP/SAP, MS Excel, and project management tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication (written/spoken), and problem-solving.

Experience:

Experience in MEP/Electrical projects, quantity surveying, and managing client/subcontractor billing.
