Responsible for accurate billing, invoice preparation, rate checking and maintaining proper records.
Assist customers with billing related queries in a polite and professional manner
Prepare invoices accurately based on sales orders and delivery notes
Verify Items Codes, Quantities, GST, Discounts, HSN Code and rates before billing
Coordinate teams and store team for product availability.
Maintain Daily billing records and update the system without errors.
Handle Cash, Card, UPI transactions & Ensure On Time Updating to the System
Ensure all invoices are filed and stored systematically
Accuracy in rate, quantities and customer details
Good understanding of GST billing.
Follow up with customers for pending payment when required.
Strong attention to billing details (Delivery Address, Bill to-Ship to, Bill From-Ship From) and rate accuracy.
Proficiency In MS excel, word, tally & Zoho
Good communication, Honest, reliable and good at maintaining discipline
Interacting Well On Everyday Basis
Maintaining Up to Date Price List & Communication for Price Changes.
Taking Concurrence from Sales Team, For Prices for billing In cases of Price Revisions for a Product.
Avoid Error in Billing to Avoid Multiple Credit Note & Debit Note
