Reporting
: Prepare and analyze billing reports to provide insights on billing data, revenue variances, and outstanding payments.
Payment follow-up
: Follow up on outstanding payments, handle renewal back-end work, and process monthly retention cases.
Collaboration
: Work with internal teams, such as sales and customer support, to ensure billing accuracy and resolve issues.
Key skills and qualifications
Proficiency in accounting software, especially Zoho Books.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree:
