Job Role - Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Take site measurements for interior projects and prepare measurement sheets. Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and subcontractor bills. Maintain proper documentation of work orders, BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing records. Coordinate with site engineers/project managers to verify work done before billing. Assist in preparing cost summaries, work-in-progress reports, and billing status updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines for billing and invoicing. Reconcile client and vendor accounts related to billing and payments. Identify and report discrepancies in measurement or billing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of interior project measurement & billing process. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing/accounting software. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills with site/project teams. Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
