Prepare and generate client invoices based on work orders, project progress, or site data.
Verify billing inputs with site teams, project coordinators, and MIS data.
Maintain and update billing trackers, payment records, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, clarifications, and payment follow-ups.
Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Support management with regular billing status reports and summaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in billing or accounts, preferably in the telecom industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MIS tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in telecom project billing (e.g., tower installation, maintenance, or site operations).
Familiarity with client billing portals and documentation requirements.
