Handle accurate billing of retail sales using the POS system.
Collect cash, card, and digital payments with proper entries.
Assist customers with billing-related queries and resolve basic issues.
Maintain daily billing records and coordinate with accounts when required.
Minimum Qualification:
Completion of +2 (Higher Secondary) is mandatory.
Basic numerical ability and understanding of billing processes are required.
Prior experience in retail or billing will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills and attention to detail are expected.
