Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage client invoices accurately and on time
Maintain billing records and update client accounts regularly
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for billing support
Address and resolve any billing-related issues or queries
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports as required
Handle petty cash and maintain expense records (if required)
Ensure compliance with internal accounting and billing procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Basic knowledge of billing, accounts, and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Prior experience in billing or administrative roles will be an added advantage
