Role Overview



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Billing & Dispatch Executive

to handle day-to-day

billing, order processing, dispatch coordination, and stock entry

for our PCD Pharma operations. The role requires accuracy, speed, and knowledge of pharma invoicing, batch details, and GST.

Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Documentation



Generate

sales invoices

in Tally/ERP with correct GST, HSN codes, schemes, and batch numbers. Create

challans, credit notes, debit notes

, and transport documents. Ensure accurate

PTR/PTD

, discounts, and PCD scheme calculations. Maintain customer ledger and update daily billing status.

2. Dispatch Management



Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for

order picking, packing, and dispatch

. Prepare

GR/Transport slips

, e-way bills (if required), and courier documentation. Ensure timely dispatch of all PCD orders to distributors/stockists. Track shipment status and update customers when required.

3. Stock & Inventory Control



Enter stock inward/outward entries in the system. Maintain

batch-wise stock

, expiry details, and return/replace entries. Coordinate with the store team for product availability and shortages. Assist in monthly physical stock verification.

4. Accounts-Related Support



Update and maintain daily sales register. Reconcile dispatch vs billing reports. Coordinate with the accounts team for outstanding payments. Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, and dispatch records.

5. Coordination & Communication



Communicate with distributors, field team, and logistics partners. Ensure all dispatches meet compliance, packaging, and documentation standards. Resolve billing or dispatch errors quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-2 years experience in

billing/dispatch

, preferably in

pharma or FMCG

. Knowledge of

MARG

Understanding of GST, HSN codes, pharma batch details. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel (reports, logs, etc.). Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
