Billing Executive

to support our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on dispatch notes and delivery schedules Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Finance teams Handle GST-compliant billing and maintain up-to-date billing records Share invoices with customers and follow up if required Ensure billing is completed

whenever required - including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed

Maintain records in Tally or accounting software Support during audits, stock reconciliations, and MIS reporting

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent (Freshers with strong billing knowledge can also apply) 1+ years of experience in billing/accounts preferred Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and GST billing Ability to work flexible shifts and be

available for billing at any time

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
