Position Summary
Processing Orders as per Indents placed by Billing Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sale Invoice creation and confirmation of PI from Sales-person, distributors & dealers for West Region
Customer Grievance & Complain handling for West Regions
Coordinating with Warehouse for dispatch of Invoices for West Region
Maintaining MIS of Orders placed v/s Orders processed
Sales Returns
Skills Required:
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience of Microsoft AX will be added Advantage
Education Qualification & Experience required:
Min 2-3 Years Experience
Graduate
Basic Computer and Excel Knowledge.
Prior Experience in Order processing will be added advantage
