We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle billing, invoicing, and related documentation activities. The role requires accuracy, timely processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue sales invoices, tax invoices, and related billing documents.
Ensure accuracy of billing data as per orders, dispatch details, and company policies.
Maintain proper billing records and documentation for audits and reference.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for billing clarifications.
Handle invoice corrections, credit/debit notes, and billing-related queries.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Update billing data in ERP/accounting systems on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in billing, invoicing, and documentation.
Working knowledge of GST, tax invoices, and basic accounting concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle work pressure.
Preferred Candidate:
Local candidates from Morbi will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum relevant experience in billing and invoicing (years as per company requirement).
Notice Period:
Immediate to short notice preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
